DEFENCE DIRECTOR
Responsible for ensuring Task Force Mars and Divona’s ARMA III community is working from server management to resource and mission creation.

DEPARTMENT COMMANDER
Responsible for running of a military department attached to Task Force Mars, this includes maintenance of in-house training and role allocation within their department. Department Commanders will also oversee their departments activities in operations.

SENIOR OPERATIONS OFFICER
In addition to the qualities of an Operations Officer, these members volunteer to take up additional administrative duties and frequently keep the community engaged. Senior Operations Officers will frequently be assigned to lead Operation Officers in Strategic and Political Operations.

OPERATIONS OFFICER
Long serving members who demonstrate a positive attitude and engagement towards Divona in ARMA III. These members are willing to assist where needed both in the Discord Community and in-game, they also engage frequently and deeply with Operation planning and intelligence analysis, taking full advantage of the intelligence, documentation and lore-hub on the Discord and actively contributed to said intelligence.
In Universe: Operations Officers are masters of discretion and psychological pressure, when not embedded in Task Force Mars Infantry Sections, they operate in the shadows to safeguard the corporation’s power and integrity globally.

In addition to the qualities of a Sergeant, these members take up the responsibility of in-game leadership and engage frequently in the Discord Community to ensure a cohesive fighting force. They willingly help their team navigate the Divona ARMA III Universe and volunteer their time to partaking and assisting with Training Events and implementation of documentation. These members may also contribute to PR/Media and assist in the readiness of new recruits.

Active members who demonstrate a positive attitude and engagement towards Divona in ARMA III. These members volunteer their time to maintaining a healthy tactical fighting force in-game whilst also contributing and engaging in the in-universe ARMA III lore of Divona. Sergeant’s also display outstanding knowledge of in-game mechanics and discipline.

In Universe: Sergeants are proven, determined soldiers within Divona’s Task Force Mars, hailing from all walks of life. Unlike some higher-ranking officers, Sergeants often have varied motivations for joining — whether seeking an alternative to incarceration, financial gain, or simply a fresh start. Regardless of their reasons, they have demonstrated their grit and distinguished themselves from the rank-and-file Operatives.

Active consistently attending members who display capability and understanding of Documents & Standard Operating Procedures and have completed the “Basic Training Suite” at Divona.
